Both parties have the right to Edit, license, sell, and repost the piece.
Artist is granted a non exclusive one-time license for IP owned by client used in and during the creation of piece for the execution of piece.
All sketches not approved by client remain the sole property of artist and may be used for other works at artist's discretion.
Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason
Refunds for cancelled orders will be given based on percentage of work already completed after payment is received as determined by artist.
Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless agreed upon beforehand.
